Sanitation & Restoration

Once the wildlife control and exclusion process' are completed there will be urine, droppings and damage remaining. If animal remains and excrement are not cleaned properly it can cause odor problems, a breeding ground for mold, is host to potential pathogens and health risks, and the odor can contain pheromones that attract other rats into the attic. Be sure not to touch or even disturb rat feces in an attic. It is often a good idea to clean it up, with a full attic restoration. At Sully's Rodent Remediation & Wildlife Control we sanitize your home or work environment to restore it back to a livable condition.

Attic Restorations

Attic restorations are necessary when the level of contamination caused from animals taking up residence in your home is evident. The first step in the process is using an antimicrobial disinfectant to sterilize the area before removing the old insulation. Then we remove all the old insulation and droppings from the attic to prevent any toxic contaminates left behind by the animals. If these contaminates are not handled properly it may cause disease and the pheromones' left behind can attract other unwanted visitors. If you have any further questions about pest control or wildlife control services please give us a call.
